A slightly more obvious Christmas tradition, Secret Santa is an amazing way to bring your employees, across different teams, together.<\/p>\n

Just decide on a \u00a35-\u00a310 limit and then pick a day for the \u2018big reveal\u2019 and you\u2019re sorted!<\/p>\n

Let Your Staff Leave Early<\/strong><\/p>\n

A great incentive and reward scheme\u00a0that works specifically well for salespeople is allowing them\u00a0to finish work\u00a0early for the Christmas holiday if they hit an\u00a0(achievable) target.<\/p>\n
